Charlette Shulamit Ottolenghi is an Italian-Israeli world music singer who touches the soul with her unique interpretations drawn from the magnificent Jewish Italian Liturgic Tradition as well as from other Italian and Jewish Folk repertoires.
From performances for the Vatican and on Piazza Campidoglio in Rome, to the Jewish Italian Museum in Jerusalem,Charlette Shulamit Ottolenghi is both a timeless and  contemporary artist
Her continuous search for new musical surroundings has led her to diverse collaborations with prominent Italian musicians such the sax player and electronic music composer Maestro Alfredo Santoloci and the Sicilian ethnomusicologist, Zampogna(sicilian bag pipe)player and composer Maestro Orazio Corsaro.
In the last two years she initiated an inspiring collaboration with the Ethiopian born Abate Berihun, one of the finest and most acclaimed  Jazz saxophonists in the Israeli musical scene.
This collaboration led to the recording of the new CD, Italia Ebraica, a unique version of Jewish Italian Liturgy combining Jazz, Classical and Folk elements, under the direction of Maestro Orazio Corsaro.
